Expected Delivery

We aim to deliver customer orders as soon as possible. 

Otherwise deliveries take up to 3 working days.

In an urgent case please reply to us with your confirmation email.

Stock Shortage: We will inform you thereof and the expected delay.

In the case of supplier shortages, you can chose to:

  • Wait for the duration of expected delay.
  • Accept another product.
  • Or we will refund you the full value of the product(s).

Product no longer available, your options are to:

  • Accept another product.
  • Or we will refund you the full value of the product(s).

Late Deliveries

Certain items sold by Wild & Free have longer delivery lead times than that stated in our delivery policy, this information can be found in the product details. If you choose to cancel an order which has not been received within our delivery schedule, products:

  1. Should not be accepted and returned with the courier upon delivery
  2. Should it be received, returned to Wild & Free in its original state.

All order cancellations must be done by emailing info@wildnfreepetco.co.za or call 074 712 5119. Wild & Free will then refund you according to our refund policy.
